Where we will get to know every one arrange groups and also arrange activity’s for the week. and Look through the forecast.

There will be waves, sun, rainbows, guinness and with the luck of the irish some wind.

There will be demo kit available for people to have a go on throughout the week. but it would be necessary for all sailors to bring there kit along for them selfs.

the stunning scenery of ireland will not disappoint.

all abilities are welcome if you have partners that would like to learn there is the opportunity for

beginners to be taught by the brilliant character that is jamie knox at his water sports centre.

Intermediate group will be taken by sam the badger ross pro windsurf coach and you will learn to improve your gybeing, blasting video coaching and get into some jumps/waves by the end of the week if your keen?

advanced groups will be guided to the best spots and given top tips through out the week. video coaching sessions and a relaxed teaching style with muzza. learn to get into waves for the first time. or improve your loop, ride, spin, rip, slash and also the all important how not to trash too much gear when wave sailing.

Its always great to sail in fun groups and get together.

There will be evening socials in the brilliant local pubs with some great vibes and stories.

on the wednesday an Irish, windsurfing themed quiz show style quiz.

The no wind activity’s include stunning surf breaks, Sup, Epic mountains, brilliant guinness, and amazing scenery there is always fun to be had.

An epic week if your lucky you might even get a sun tan. wooooo yer show off your white bits.

End of the week there will be a jolly prize giving for most improved, eye of the tiger award for the biggest fear factor style stunt. also show the weeks action video, fill the tank with guinness

its been epic winter so far with wind waves and not been too cold i went for a ski trip over x mas woo was awsome snowed all time and was sunny in the avos amazing i took my snow board off for a go on skis one morning was a night mare but very funny i got thrown off the piest very fast when i lent back too much was a great trip been some great winter waves in cornwall too. check it out

well this week i picked up my friend from the air port Sebastian doore he had just finished and launched his new movie minds wide open he wanted to see the uk and windsurf so we set out from Bristol airport for a whirl wind tour of the uk staying at friends houses to try too keep the price down we had epic sup session at big bur
y and a windsurf the next day heading down to Bristo

l wave x for the student windsurfing event nice chilled out night in the pub followed by mission drive down too marozine for a kinda failed forecast was back to exciter for the party and premier of the mwo movie with a difference drink on every loop brilliant movie have to buy it epic party dancing drinking and some suspect stanes on an irish mans neck ??? after some shoulder dancing hahahaha o dear haha followed by a epic windsurfing again at bigbury works so well in west north west fun jumping and a cheeky taka woop woop or whoop whoop for Adrian spelt right lol

then of to murrays house and pub session then a tour of lyme regis great shop down there have to go check it out sweet view they have. murrays just signed up to RNLI so if shops is closed hes probably off being a hero haha

then sweet sail at kimarage with timo and Ollie woodcock nice jumping sweet 5.0 weather it dropped and drove back to my house had chilled day down gunwalf got some jazzy trainers haha sailed wittering watch and went to Brighton epic sea gulls off pier was going off on water looked epic spot to sail at low tide hit up arcade then was off to london for a whirlwind tour on the windiest day of course haha clipper London bridge big ben Parliament Buckingham Trafalgar national gallery and then after 5 cocktails hit up mamamia the show haha epic fun then a crazy drive back to the airport in Bristol left London at 1 pm flight at 5 .15 and hit traffic got to Bristol at 4.45 and the van broke i was stuck in 3rd gear going 30 riding clutch matalic smell of doom through Bristol traffic got to airport at 5 pm 15 min befor flight made it like a hero hahaha line an action film ending to great week he made it on flight and aa man put van back together now down in Cornwall wooo epic trip check out the movie great x mas pressie http://mindswideopenmovie.com/

just got back from a epic trip to mexico drove 3000 miles did a all in a oneer back from mexico kepet the car runing while one person slepet for 33 hours what a mission but boy was it worth it some of the best surf and winsufing sessions I have had with no one out sooooo goood cant recommend baha enef great trip and supprisingly with out showering for a week I dont smell that bad haha well I was in the sea every day. We had head to logo waves every day and 4.5 weather perfection with every heat staked with a exworld champion it was hard to advance through a heat but the one heat I did go through I hurt my ancle in and soo could not go again booo but good news is my foot dosent hurt any more woooo just a bad twist. the dirt road had to be a highlight for me as on the way in felt like we where in a rave with 20 foot cactasaes the bumping car acting like a mosh pit and the tunes cranking beers corona and bianas (1.5L beer bottles) flowing made for a fun drive and one point jay fell off the roof of the van while dancing on it riding it in like a surf board we though it was going to be a very short trip to baha but he liped around for 3 days while sailing stilll and was fine just a brused heal haha. We set up a great camp first night and by the last it had all change the wind had brought a hole new meaning too dustyness haha.

The week befor mexico we did a trip up to mount hood summer snow boarding was crazy fun with t shirt sweating while doing a ski run mad ness followed up that night by a regga gig been some epic time this summer hood river is one of the funest places to come non stop action and some thing to do. 10 days left in the hoood woo yer back to the uk masssiiiivvvvv woop

just got back from the us nationals at san francisco had awsome trip great adventures so the day before we left i was cureld up in bed with flu and i was certan i would not make it but slowley as the time came to leve i was feeling better and just befor we left i had a solid poo hahaha epic as 3 days befor i couldent even drink water with out throwing up. so there was the 15 hour drive down we where toeing the starboard trailor for the deom at the event. we where a day eirly and went straight to santa cruse for a epic surf session over head hight peling down the line was sweet

the event was being held at berkley so to save money we decided too stay in the back of my friend jays car wich we thought was a good idea apart from in califoria i think its illegal but any way we parked up in the berkly yach club which was the venue for the event and decided it would be i quiet place too sleep. sooo wee thought but as it turnes out i was awoken by a torch shining in my eyes i immediately hit jay m8 m8 theres some one looking in shtt the police get down had sneeky look up there was a guy with a big beard with his face pressed too the tinted glass trying too see through im no expert on police but usally they dont have a captin black beard style facal hair his eyes meet jays on outher side of glass what the f£$% he just starts running off can see the flash light swinging homeless dude checking out our car. now that freeked me out a bit soo hard too sleep and hour later a van pulles in to the spot next too us unloads 12 people pumping music and a party gets under way with full on dancing on the roof of the van shouting hooting hollering looked pritty ganstarish in my mind . about 30 minins goes by and police park in outer side of our car too move the partygores on so we hiding under so we don't get caught as they waking back and forth getting paperwork deling with the party animals. crazy night in a yacht club car park never new get so much action . needless to say that was our last night in the car we stayed at some friend houses every night great fun.

the event was great windy every day and i got an epic result coming in 3rd place in us national championships sweet think the willy skippers and old skool body drags went down a treat also had an old skool freestyle comp i came second with my pirouette sail 360 also competed in some slalom too but came last as was using my wave gear so bit slower that phil megane and outher top guys.

so now im back in hood river for a week then next big trip down to mexico think thats a 20 hour drive one way 2300mile round trip ooo yerrr bring on the cruse controll and red bull .......

so been a busy week here at the gorge had big winds big loop contest and also the gorge windfest been great fun and zane jay and skylar have been keeping us super active with mountan biking i fell off 3 times the brakes where the wrong way round so front was back kept full speed sending it over the front haha pritty funny just flesh wounds and brused ego wakeboarding went for a back flip and didnt end great haha windsurfing snapped a mast on river wich flows up wind at around 7 knts crazy swim inn up a river eddie and we going snow boarding soon too soo lets hope i keep it all together on the mountan apprently there is still lots of snow on mount hood solots of action lots fun things too do woooop

some crazy final party in Ireland quote Katie McAnena from face book "so many ridiculous stories from last night.... ben proffits head, Muzza stripped naked in the toilet hit with a bog brush, t-shirt demolition derby, Mikey pissing on friggin everything, Mikey pissing into Muzzas pocket, getting Lampy to clean the ceiling this morning from beer pong trajectory, Tom bottling Brian in the face..... what an epic session!!"

so this week end we went to round hayling windsurf race and i tryed to go round on a tandem windsurfer which was really great fun with my crew of jamie gibbs we put up a great race against the other 4 tandems out there with some crazy rase tactics but sadly the race was cut short for may people as the wind died off but we managed to make it too the inn on the beach which is 2/3 of way round which is allot better than last year when i got lost. but still had too be rescued

then sat and sunday there was slalom and freestyle with light winds the guys put on a great show great week end with some sun stroke and a red face was a great weekend cant wait for the wind too kick in and get some action .

o yer been windy for ages now full power session at hokipa 4.1 logo sets coming in boooommm crashed, sunk kit to avoid punishment and board nuged in to a hole on the reef and bang sapped board,followed by a swim down to lanes where i warped my sail and mast round a rock, no kit can take a beeting like that. i then proceeded to walk accross a field of sea urchins love tooo fell over from pain in my feet put my hand down to stedy my self and bang sea urchin in hand fall on bum wetsuit padded good safe spot to rest befor taking too my feet as it was less that 2 inces deep more urchins in feet owwww fel on outer hand urcin up under finger nail owwwwwwww ivan uuu Baaaasss@£@$$£@!!d crippled mess walking back to hokipa on road. totaly snapped, if any ones wondering where i am im sulking at spreks jumping there no rocks or urcing there just fun sailing hahah ill be back hokipa !!!!!ill be backkkk ......

so we have been surfing loads and loads and seem to be getting worse hahaha pritty hard stuff surfing but practice makes perfect the wind has been very fluky for past few weeks but had epic session at a beach called koual just down from hokipa . one day of wind in 2 weeks and there where about 30 surfers out at hokipa waited around 2 hours but they where down to just 12 i was like yerr windsurfing soon as there is a rule if there is 10 surfers out you cant windsurf then 4 more surfers got in water so we hit koual was such long rides was sweet and no rocks to deal with .

ok so the wind has been shifting in the on shore direction for past couple of days. wich prompted us to find out Maui's not just got a north shore it has 4 sides crazy ay and the west side in north winds goes off crosss off down line head high with a wave that goes on for ages. great action and a super road trip well 45 min drive if that counts in our new/ very old van with 200,000 miles on clock that sounds like a Harley .

we also went for a hike up swinnging bridges with a sweet water fall briliant stuff.

well its been firing here in maui with some epic west swell and some great trade winds had two sweet days at Hokipa with some big sets rolling in its ben challenging to say the least.great fun . i was about to ride a monster in when i looked allong the line at the bowl coming towards me that looked well over mast high i thought was going to suck reef dry haha . so pulled off the back to nearly get eaten by his brother behind scary stuff. 2 days only one time over the famous hokipa rocks. brilliant !!

the sails have been sweet loving it cant wait for tomoro woo yer

ok so i have made it to maui feels like i have been here ages as seem to be cramming so much in each day dew to time difference wide awake at 6 am so go for a sup or surf then have brechfast go out again lunch then have chill time have evening session sup surf or windsurf had one day windsurfing so far with 5.0 but surfing been epic. the forcast is for the trade wind to come back on turs and with it there s a huge swell that has been said on the maui news to be the biggest swell of the decade. 21second period 20 to 30 ft hawiian so thats 40 to 60ft european wave standards massiv .... lets see what happends might be too big to get out there .keep you posted woop

crazy week death defying painting on George's house had crazy week where lots seemed too go wrong?

we picked the paint up from the shop and put in in the back of georges pick up it was rolling around a bit i said do you recon they will burst m8 george said naaa its well hard too get the lid off as he finished his sentence and braked for a red light a pot of paint slid too the front burst every where.

check out the bend on the ladder ha... so we got home and hose was frozen i snapped the end off would have happend to any one honest... was brittle and icey so we used buckets too clean out the pick up only to notice the massive pool of wight paint spilling in to the main road where cars where driving through it sending it every where up walls other parked cars there own cars..
so we decided to brush the paint puddle to the nearest drain which turned out too be about a 500m and 6 houses down to the first drain on his road where by this time it was dark and getting cold an we realised we had now created a 500m patch of black sheet ice on the road brilliant. walking the ice y plank
so million phone calls to get hold of a gritter and 3 hours later after some cold traffic management a gritter cam and sorted every thing out after 8 hours painting out side just what the doctor ordered.

the next day we where painting away as this water started too poor out of a drain near our feet oo hear we go a blocked sewage main woop woop get some drainage rods from the local builder and poke a bit of carpet out from the drain to stop the toilet from flooding .

to make it worse when ever we where painting there was some pro painters doing the house over the street they kept looking over at us with disapproving looks

but now the house is dun looks pretty sweet it s yellow woo

woo egypt was a epic trip awesome time we had some adventures too the blue lagoon some antics with police and camels haha had some good wind but mostly free riding as wind was not super strong. it even rained one day weird in the dessert ? my sisters wedding this week end so should be cool see all the family and off to cornwall next week the cold is hitting me hard at moment i like the dessert heat. but theres no waves in egypt woop woop keep your eyes peeld for the 2011 sails thery are looking pimpin woo

OK so I am leaving vassiliki tomorrow had bit of trouble with the flights which means im missing nwf at hayling this week end which is a massive shame as its going too be epic for sure.

but I have a flight out tomorrow from Corfu which means I got a 3 hour drive to a ferry to Corfu a 2 hour ferry and then a 3 hour flight to Manchester then hired a car 5 hour drive down to Fareham so bit of a mission but should be fun hahah wish me luck..

last week has been great fun my knee has gone backwards a bit which is not that great but I have been out speed sailing I got 35.8 knots on a 6.5 tushingham t4 no cams that's pretty quick 41 miles an hour.
knee did need bit of ice after that.
looking forward too pool wind fest and testing out the new tushinghams for 2011.

ok so its been crazy over here in vass wind has been brilliant and we eve went night windsurfing after a few cocktails getting our selves ready for the national windsurfing festival on 4th to th 5th of sep at hayling island .

i tryed out being a dj at the zeuce bar with a dub step music in mind and went down like a led ballon we where told if we dont get everyone dancing in 10 min we had to leve so cracked out some top 40 cheese and got them all back. went well when we swiched back it dub step after all had few more drinks in them it was crazy but i never doing it again well stress full good fun to have dun . ha

had a back to nature day out camping on a beach over the outher side of the montan to vassiliki great fun and was pritty hott when the sun came up nicked name the tend of sweat. every 30 min needed a dunk in the ocean.

the bbq this friday is going to be james bond themed so have too look out a carboard bow tie .

i am lookng forward too some autum sailing in the uk cant wait to hit the waves.

i have tryed to spell check the poste but as im in grease it has set its self to greek so sorry for any of the spellking mistakes haha just like usaual then .....

ok so all going well in vass my kneee is feeling good no freestyle yet just slaloming around loving it.

on my day off this week i went parasending and think was one of most dogy things iv dun as the parrashute was just helled on by a greek boline knot with frayed rope being toe d in to gust of wind was mental rope creaking as we went higher and high er scary stuff . funny onesit was over but ip there was so tense like i eaten a block of starch horible side wind gust swoop us down arr mad

but im still allive to tell the tale all been good here with usl brilliant club vass atmosphere partying and windsurfing loads great.

i am starting too think i am a wind jinks as im in the windyest place in the world and its not even windy enef too blow over a thing thats realy light.

had bit of a mission getting to gc too as i was planning on getting the 8 am ferry on the sunday morning but on sat night it was g man greaham woods 21st parate party and during the night i managed to get few a fair few rums annoyed a big russan and a widow in our rental house fell out smasshed and i slepet through my alarm and missed the ferry soo i got the afternoon ferry so was fine in the end i entered the qulifier for the pwa but dew to lack of wind didnt run a qulifier they gave all wild card entrys too the local sailors. snapped !!

but looks like could be windy by the week end wich is good woop so hope get some saling in poweered up for once.

ok so after my epic shark encounter in cornwall i headed up to wales for the aberdovy bsa slalom event and demo. i left on the Thurs and had a free day on the Friday befor the event driving too the event through snow donia national park decided to clime up a small hill we saw next too the road. thinking it was going too take around and hour just left in my flip flops and took no supplies.we reached what we thought was the top to find next to us another peak deciding we had come this far may as well get too the top so carried on up then at top of that section there was another section deciding still that we have come this far we should at least get too the top 3 hours later summeted a 3000ft mountain we didn't want to back track so we made our own way back getting lost for around 2 hours and returned to the van after 6 hours covered in cuts in my flip flops starving and very thirsty. haha crazy great fun

the event was brilliant weather and managed too get out on 8m blasting could have been on a 5m well windy. great party too.

this week i helped the national trust with there photo shoot of thurlston rock in Devon windsurfing and paddle boarding through the rock arch way crazy great fun mad me wounder if its possible too shoot the rock at full planing speeds ?

after helping them i went for a paddle down river avon near bantham in Devon with the guys from magic sea weed web site www.magicseaweed.com may be a few converts for flat warter days on the south coast

been like a nature week with me went for a run outher day in feilds round devon and all these cows chased me in to a pen where i could not get out stuck there for around 15 minits . so i resorted too poking them and then i tryed mooing yes i was mooing at a herd of cows made them all shake there heads for some reason eventuslly i managed to make a mooovveee and ran for it and they started a stampede chasing me jumped the gate and escaped . cose shave

Ireland was sweet all started with a ferry ride to Dublin where we had a 4 hour drive down to Kerry in the south west such awesome country Guinness was amazing we managed to get a result with 2 days of wind i came 7th overall check out some pics

in the no wind time we had some great crack with some sweet golf where i think i lost 20 golf balls but found 22 on my way round the course was like playing golf in a sand pit .

i got on the front page of the irish examiner like the telegraph in the uk pretty cool don't know why they wanted me to be kicked in the bum by a girl in a bikini ? she turned up with the photographer ran up kicked me in them bum while he took a photo then they left and they put it on the front cover haha

during the trip we had some van wars with rival van. in our van was me Adam Lewis from otc and George shillito in the opposition was Adam Sims ,mike archer and Joe o'callahan it began when Adam Lewis bought a lads mag at every petrol stopp so we had nuts,zoo and fhm and top 100 we traded top 1oo and nuts for a loaded with the rival van where we thought it would be funny to cut out the girls and give it back .

which back fired as when we where out windsurfing we where robbed of all of the magazines . so we retaliated by emtying there van hideing all windsurfing kit so when the went too drive off had no stuff . again this was funny but it back fired when we received 3 van attacks of same nature.

so on the way home from the pub we saw that there velux window was open on there roof witch attached to our house so we climbed across to find out it was the bath room window witch was amazing because it meant we could climbed down through with out them waking up went down stares and turned all there living room furniture up side down and had keys to there van and put it in a field went back in locked the front door and climbed back out roof window in to our house .

brilliant when they woke up could not work out how we had got in awesome haha .

the retaliating was imminent and while we where at the pub our van was emtyied in to our living room of our house 10ft paddle boards and all . mixing it up a bit night mare for us thow and all our beds where upside down. nightmare when your knackered . we retaliated with eggs next night and next day received an egging great fun aw some loved the crack haha .

to get home we had to drive back up to Dublin when we arrived we had 5 hours too kill and rehana was playing in Dublin so we tryed to buy ticket off the well dogy dude we decided he was going too rip us off to we went for a drink on a floating bar boat then went for a stroll along the river where we found some bikes old skool style too rent so we got them and went for a epic race round Dublin seeing all the sites and scaring the cars it was around 8 30 and on our ride saw a fight in macky ds a stag party crowd surfing caring the stag too the next bar and an arrest in progress and all cool buildings and sites was funny too see Adam jumped some steps haha we where just on time for our ferry .great fun

ok so last week end i was in waymouth for a team 15 event was great fun awsome racing and good crack lazy lizzard was brilliant .

this week end was the start too the british wave sailing tour and im in north wales on the way up stopped off at asbury water sports for freestyle session with the t 15ers from there and had crazy night out in macckersfield

in wales we didnt have much wind but we still managed too have some awsome action getting towed by a jet ski with our sails on sea

also wind snowfing thats right shoting down a hill on a snow board with a sail attached hitting the ramps was pritty crazy and my bum hurts now dont think its been dun over ramps befor me and geoge was first was great fun awsome stacks and luckely my body is intact only injory i had was indigestion from running up hill so many times.

last night was a fancy dress party with music legends theme so we went on a mission in too the local student town too find the fancy dress shop that apparently was opposite lidle when we stumbled in to the shop too see a wall of jelly dongs we asked the woman if this was a fancy dress shop do you have any blow up getars she said well have some out fits and blow up thinghs you can ware but dont think would ware them in pub lic we where quite supprized when she went in too her sales pitch on paint on pvc we where quite taken a back but eventually she directed us mile down the road too the proper fancy dress shop where we found what we where looking for .

right now im sat on a ferrry from holly head too ireland where we will have 6 hour drive from dublin too county kerry south west ireland where the forcast is looking sweet soo hope get some good wave sailng in there and also a great guinness too

wooo working like a bizzy bee

yo ok so this week rellay was hectic.com well over 1000miles great fun and finally i have managed to get some music in my van. wooooooo

i started the week in Devon last Saturday where i did the head of the dart paddle board race down the river dart was awesome fun 9 mile race took me around hour and a half i cam 6th overall with around 40 people on the start line was great fun.

after the race had finished i drove 5 hours up to north wales massive mission with my radio broken was hard drive trying to keep myself entertained good bit of karaoke got there at midnight where i crawled in to the back of the van and i got in to bed just as it started raining witch was just the start of a long night as it turned out the van had a leaky roof and i woke up soaking wet so i piled some boards over my head and tyred too sleep under a pile of stuff haha with no luck freezing pretty funny.

did demo on cool lake in wales then drove that evening too stock port too see a canoe shop i drove around m60 looking for place too stay booked in to a bnb for night of luxury woo

next day took couple of groups paddling boarding again all had great time falling in having fun.
drove to Nottingham for the night .

Tuesday i drove down too hammer smith bridge in London and took a group from a rowing club down the river Thames in London was great fun with awesome views surfing in London . woop
had bite too eat in London

then i shot over too Essex and stay with max rowes a club vass instructor good friends for the night when i arrived i parked up and went to lock my van when the key SNAPPED in the lock nightmare so i decided just to leave it till the morning to sort out. when i got too maxes his cats walked straight up too me and was a Persian cat with a flat face looked like had head butted a wall flat face hahah funny looking

norther long day on the beach hard life haha with some 70 year olds paddling around really is a sport for any one brilliant hope im still surfing at 70.

on Thursday i was off up too sherwsbery up north again for sup session for ar kayaking people loving the sup going off . back to Nottingham for sup session round Nottingham on the fri

sat i went back home to fareham near Portsmouth via inner London too pick up hundreds of paddles had bit of a drinking session sat with friends from home

then up sun morning Early to waymouth for a super windy day trying too sup unsuccessfully so demo was abandoned and i went too see Murray Saunders and his girlfriends new shop Boylos awsome.spot

on Monday it was Murray's birthday so went wake boarding out by ax minster pretty chilly still on the water.

first started devon to southsea in devon up to feliexstow across to new mark down too nottingham oxford across m5 down to devon to hatling across and up to tenby down to devon woo havent stayed is same bed for 10 day.

had some great wave session in fresh west thanks to local lewis for the lift cheers dude. some master blasting in tenby slalome event and also tryed to do the round hayling race and was only person too get lost on way round the island and end up in the mud up to my hips had to drag my kit across a mile of mud woo that was hard work hahah after managed to struggle my way back to sea the first person made it all way back from hole island haha arr well was funny

we decided on the hotest day of the year to clime up table mountan awsome route with some proper climing at top had a celebratory beer next to some fat amaericans who where sweating from walking from the cable car to there seat. haha the we ran down in 28 min wooo record time leags are screwed now!

then we went off to pattanoster for some surfing. fun

wind still looking flooky for rest of week we also had a house warming party where drank box of wine now feels like some one is hitting me over the head with it.
